1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phdram ("phdram," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phdram.net ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phdram Platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the phdram Platform and not register an account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any updates or amendments that phdram may publish from time to time.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the phdram Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your use of the Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold accounts on the phdram Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion program, whether imposed by phdram or by any gaming regulatory authority, that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement under the laws of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of phdram, nor a close family member of any such person.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access phdram's full range of services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.

One Account Rule. Each individual may register only one (1) phdram account. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. phdram operates a mandatory KYC program consistent with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and standard online gaming compliance obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, phdram requires all players to complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (PhilSys card, driver's license, or passport);
• A selfie photo clearly showing the player holding their ID document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of GCash account name matching the registered account name).

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, including your password, strictly confidential. phdram will never ask for your password through any channel. You must notify phdram immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Currency. All transactions on the phdram Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals; your account balance reflects your exact PHP holdings.

Accepted Payment Methods. phdram accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrency networks (USDT, BTC, ETH). Minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phdram account instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearing, which typically takes one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed seven (7) days per week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within thirty (30) minutes of request submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically take one (1) to three (3) business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours.

Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) successful fraud and AML screening. phdram reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals where required by compliance obligations.

Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your phdram account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment methods you use. phdram prohibits the use of the Platform for any money laundering activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phdram offers various promotional incentives to players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
• Game Eligibility. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games, certain table games, and other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited. Incomplete wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled at bonus expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless phdram's promotion terms expressly permit otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts will result in account suspension.
• phdram's Discretion. phdram reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to withhold bonus payments where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

6 Gameplay Rules

By participating in any game on the phdram Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result of real game equipment operated by professional dealers in a studio environment.
• phdram game results are final. Wagers that have been accepted and settled cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded except in the event of a demonstrable technical error acknowledged by phdram.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past game results have no bearing on future results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, phdram's server records are the authoritative record of the game state at the time of disconnection. phdram will use reasonable efforts to complete interrupted game rounds in accordance with the last recorded game state.
• phdram reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that game or system errors, software malfunctions, or technical faults have influenced the outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdram Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with phdram;
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or phdram's systems;
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of cheating at table games or tournaments;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or game vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported immediately to phdram support;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or other financial crimes through the phdram Platform;
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Allowing another person to use your phdram account or using another person's account;
• Circumventing self-exclusion programs, jurisdiction restrictions, or other responsible gaming or compliance controls implemented by phdram.

8 Responsible Gaming

phdram is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. Gaming on the phdram Platform is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be fun and begins causing financial, emotional, or social harm, phdram strongly encourages players to use the available self-management tools or seek support.

phdram provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration alerts that notify you when your active gaming session reaches a specified length.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your phdram account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phdram Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the elected exclusion period expires.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phdram Platform — including but not limited to the phdram brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of phdram or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phdram Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, modifying, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the phdram Platform or its content without phdram's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdram's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your phdram account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdram shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) gaming losses arising from participation in any game on the Platform; (d) service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

phdram does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and events beyond phdram's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.

11 Termination & Account Closure

Voluntary Closure. You may close your phdram account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance (net of any applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

phdram's Right to Terminate. phdram reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; (d) account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or (e) where required by applicable law, regulatory directive, or compliance obligations.

Upon termination by phdram for cause, phdram reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation and resolution of any outstanding compliance concerns.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with phdram by contacting our customer support team. phdram undertakes to use reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.

13 Amendments

phdram reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, phdram will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: an in-platform notification, an email to your registered address, or a visible notice on the phdram website.

Continued use of the phdram Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
